Our Experts

Business LifeCycles for Pharmacy was founded by Phil Dibben (Owner and Pharmacist Scott Dibben) and Andrew Beattie (Director and Pharmacy Business Advisor PKF Lawler). Being so closely involved in the industry for many years, both Phil and Andrew have great passion in educating, supporting and engaging with pharmacy business owners and pharmacists to drive their success.
 

Phil Dibben – Owner & Pharmacist Scott Dibben 

Phil has over 40 years’ experience in the Pharmacy Industry. Some of Phil’s business experience includes:
- Developing and manufactured the Breath-A-Tech asthma spacer in 1991.
- In 2006 it sold to Avita Medical Limited (AVH: a publicly listed Australian company)
- e-Health Pathways programs delivered through pharmacies
- Phil has been a guild member since 1975 and life member since 2004
- Branch Executive  (1992 – 2008)
- National Councillor
- Chairman of the Pharmacy IT Committee
- Involved in the development of the QCPP program in NSW
- Involved in the  development of the return Your Old Drugs campaign which was supported by NBN Television in 1988 now known as “Return Unwanted Medicines” program

Andrew Beattie - Director PKF Lawler

- Bachelor of Commerce; Certified Practicing Accountant; Registered Tax Agent; Affiliate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAA); Member of ICAA Business Valuation Special Interest Group; Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors.
- Andrew is a Director with over 14 years  of experience in the accounting, business advisory and banking professions.
- Andrew leads our Newcastle Business Advisory Services team and focuses on the Health industry including Pharmacy which he has been involved with for over 10 years.
- Andrew is a panel valuer with the banks for pharmacy
